Pattern Nesting
On request, we can develop markers with maximum use of material and compliance with all the required criteria such as grain line, one-way holding, spacing between templates, layering, etc.
Computer optimized markers ensure significant material savings and high accuracy of templates.
We create template layouts based on the criteria provided by the customer:
– Working width of the fabric
– Quantity of sizes on one layer
– Required spacing between elements
– Direction of patterns
– Fabric shrinkage by length and width
– Piece groups for bonding
– Maximum length of nesting or length of the spreading table
To optimize the pattern nesting, we use the most modern system on the market GeminiCAD. The program uses the most effective nesting algorithms. The result is a distribution of templates, that makes maximum use of the material with detailed information about consumption.
At the customer’s request, we can prepare a report in the form of a mini-marker for viewing or documentation.
Optimized system can be saved digitally in HPGL/PLT file format for printing for any standard plotter or in ISO/CUT file format for cutting on any automatic cutting machine – cutter.
